Toni and Loewi will put their heads together and design the most optimal program that fits your experience, schedule and goals.
Together we have up to 12 years of experience and love to base our workouts on the latest science, that's also what you can expect from your personalised plan.
The plan will provide you with two phases. Each phase can last you 4-6 weeks when done correctly. The follow-up call will be scheduled whenever you want it. Ideally, you should plan this after a few weeks of following the first phase.
