Together we have up to 12 years of experience and love to base our workouts on the latest science. That's also what you can expect from your online coaching.
As we said, the coaching will provide you with 1-3 training phases. Each phase can last you 4-6 weeks when done correctly. The follow-up calls will be scheduled before each training phase.
