not work if you think of your health as a long term lifestyle, not just a short term goal. In the long-run, deprivation and crash diets only cause frustration and weight gain.
There is room for the food that you love.

To help you achieve that mentality, we’re happy to provide you with an e-book full of recipes following the 80/20 principle.
We advise you to eat:
• 80% nutritious, whole and unprocessed foods (e.g. fresh veggies, lean protein, fruits, whole grains, sweet potato, ...
• 20% things that make you enjoy the 80% even more (e.g. sauce, cheese, ...) and foods you don’t want to deprive yourself of forever because you enjoy them so much (e.g. chocolate, french fries, the occasional pizza,...).

Heerlijke receptjes! Looooooove Toni's fried rice & Jollof quinoa, 't is zodanig lekker dat mijn familieleden de hele tijd uit mijn pot komen eten :D
I tried every dish. Everything is super delicious, but one stands out and that is Toni's fried rice!!!! I mean I just eat it every week and everyone should eat this 😅 Look forward to trying more recipes from you guys. Aaaand I'll learn something new too 😉

Super lekkere en gevarieerde recepten die makkelijk zijn om klaar te maken! Voor elk moment van de dag is er een gerecht en met alle nodige info over calorieën en proteïne zijn ze perfect om te tracken. Ideaal dus in combinatie met Say No To Yo-Yo en de workout plannen! Can't wait for part 2 :)
Love every recipe, soooo yummy! My favourite is Chili Con Músculo, we eat this every other week (my husband likes it as well).

Theoretically speaking, everyone(!) should work out & do some sort of resistance training for health benefits. I know the gym can be a scary place. So that’s why I wanted to put the threshold low enough so everyone who is a bit scared of the gym could finally overcome that fear.
Every exercise will have a link to a video where we explain EVERYTHING, how to set up a machine, how to set up the seat of the machine, how your body should be moving. We really try to make this initial phase as easy as possible. You just have to pay attention to the video’s and copy what we do.
I know it’s easy to say 'just get over it and focus on yourself in the gym'. That doesn't really help, so I hope this plan will help you build confidence and courage!

Its has been a couple of years now since I’ve gone to the gym. I totally gave up on it.
Now got almost 14 days, I’ve been working out with the start to gym schedule and I am on fire.
Always looking out for the next day so I can go to the gym and do my workouts.

This plan gets me so motivated. As a beginner, it’s so nice to know what you’re going to do that day and have clear video examples. It makes me feel confident in the gym. I can say the workouts are challenging but definitely doable! This program has made me fall in love with weightlifting. I’m nowhere near where I want to be, but instead of feeling impatient to get to my goals, I’m actually enjoying the journey now. Will buy a new program in a few months!
I'm so in love with this program. In the past, I had some troubles with keeping my motivation to fitness, but since I have this program I started to really enjoy my time in the fitness.
The program itself is very clear, with videos of how you need to do the exercises. Also I'm liking what I'm seeing when I look in the mirror, it's due to this program and going to the fitness but also a healthy mindset.
So I totally recommend this program and Livintoned!
I have been trying to get a gym routine on forever. Worked with a PT even but nothing helped me as much as this guide. The combination of the efficiency of the plan (nice organisation of the sets) + videos really worked empowering.
I had lost touch with exercising and mindful eating and this program is helping me to start again from the basics. Even if the exercises are meant for "beginners", if you have not been to the gym for some time like me, they are very good to remind you of what is important: form and weight challenge. Something else I am learning with this program is that you do not need to be at the gym for 2 hours and fit as many sets as you can. You can train for about 45 to 75 min and do 4-6 supersets and really feel challenged and see a difference in your body. The eating tips have also been very helpful and I now feel more comfortable eating a good meal with lean protein and whole grains that made me feel fueled instead of guilty. Thank you guys!
