This plan gets me so motivated. As a beginner, it’s so nice to know what you’re going to do that day and have clear video examples. It makes me feel confident in the gym. I can say the workouts are challenging but definitely doable! This program has made me fall in love with weightlifting. I’m nowhere near where I want to be, but instead of feeling impatient to get to my goals, I’m actually enjoying the journey now. Will buy a new program in a few months!
I'm so in love with this program. In the past, I had some troubles with keeping my motivation to fitness, but since I have this program I started to really enjoy my time in the fitness.

I have been trying to get a gym routine on forever. Worked with a PT even but nothing helped me as much as this guide. The combination of the efficiency of the plan (nice organisation of the sets) + videos really worked empowering.
I had lost touch with exercising and mindful eating and this program is helping me to start again from the basics. Even if the exercises are meant for "beginners", if you have not been to the gym for some time like me, they are very good to remind you of what is important: form and weight challenge. Something else I am learning with this program is that you do not need to be at the gym for 2 hours and fit as many sets as you can. You can train for about 45 to 75 min and do 4-6 supersets and really feel challenged and see a difference in your body. The eating tips have also been very helpful and I now feel more comfortable eating a good meal with lean protein and whole grains that made me feel fueled instead of guilty. Thank you guys!

I’ve been following TGJ for over a year now and all I can say is that it changed my gym life (and everything else) for good!! I used to go to the gym, do some cardio, some light weight exercises, and of course I never saw the result I wanted.

Ik volg de 3 day split nu al 2 weken en het gaat heel vlot. Ik heb enkel de farmer walks vervangen door een kuit oefening omdat ik die er persoonlijk nog bij wou en bench press in de plaats van dumbell press. Ik vind de oefeningen erg leuk en de combinaties er van ook. Het helpt me enorm om te weten hoe veel sets en reps ik moet uitvoeren, doordat ik hier zelf geen beeld op heb. Ben heel blij en tevreden met dit plan! Ik merk ook dat ik door de vele herhalingen best snel sterker word :) couldn’t be happier :)
Love this plan! I cant say much more then the fact that is easy to follow and challenges me to increase my weights.

I’ve been training for a good two weeks now and I can already tell that I’m getting way stronger than before! Somehow this plan keeps me motivated and I’m literally looking forward to my workout throughout the day. And even though you can’t really see a lot of changes yet, I feel better and more confident in my skin. And again, I’m only two weeks in! Crazy.
Je kan altijd omhoog gaan met gewichten waardoor je het plan super lang kan gebruiken. Ook nu de sportscholen weer opengaan kan je het plan alsnog gebruiken door daar voor zwaardere gewichten te kiezen. Super helder geschreven en fijne video’s. Dit is mijn tweede plan van LT en zoals verwacht weer super!
Dit is echt een stevig plan voor thuis! In het begin zeer stijf, maar na verloop van tijd merk je echt de progressie! Super motiverend dus!

Super toegankelijk plan voor beginners! Ook voor mensen die niet veel tijd hebben om te sporten (bv. tijdens examenperiodes) is dit een goed plan om toch in beweging te blijven.

Ik volg Loewi en Toni al een tijdje, en ik vond ze op basis van hun informatie op Instagram al inspirerend, maar dit follow along plan heeft mij helemaal overtuigd. Voordat dit plan uitkwam, varieerde ik vaak van workouts, maar toch geraakte ik het snel beu. Deze workouts van Loewi en Toni kan ik veel beter volhouden juist omdat ze herhalend zijn. Steeds dezelfde oefeningen doen, geeft ook een beter resultaat! Bovendien voel ik me ook gewoon veel energieker na zo’n workout. De oefeningen zijn zeker te doen voor beginners, en de prijs is ook schappelijk, dus ik zou niet twijfelen. Ik ben heel tevreden over het follow along plan!!
