Here we will be working closely together for 3 months. I will dive deep into your current lifestyle and see where changed need to happen. I specialize in making it work for YOU. I don't work with generalized strategies because everyone needs a different approach. Throughout the coaching you will receive personalized documents for your nutrition and workouts. Every two weeks we will schedule a call where we discuss your progress, possible hick-ups and your mental wellbeing.
