WITHSTAND is pretty special to me. It's the manifestation of my personal growth over the past months. I'm training differently than before, my mindset has shifted and I wanted to share all of it with you in 1 workoutplan.

To WITHSTAND is to be resilient mentally, emotionally & physically. These workouts aren’t only designed for bootygains & aesthetics. They’re designed to make your body strong and durable. We’ll be working on skill, mobility, strength, endurance and, of course, muscle building.


You can choose out of 3 options:

- 3x a week (2x full body, 1x mobility, cardio is also incorporated in the 3 days)

- 4x a week (upper, lower, core & mobilty split with incorporated cardio on training days)

- 6x a week (upper, lower, core & mobilty split with seperate cardio days)

Follow these workouts for 6-8 weeks

Perfecte balans

Dit schema is precies wat ik nodig had. Een fijne balans tussen mobiliteit, cardio en kracht voor een optimale algehele gezondheid! Ik train al jaren maar wordt met dit schema weer precies genoeg uitgedaagd en voel me na 2 weken al een stuk fitter. Bedankt Loewi 🥰
