WITHSTAND is pretty special to me. It's the manifestation of my personal growth over the past months. I'm training differently than before, my mindset has shifted and I wanted to share all of it with you in 1 workoutplan.
To WITHSTAND is to be resilient mentally, emotionally & physically. These workouts aren’t only designed for bootygains & aesthetics. They’re designed to make your body strong and durable. We’ll be working on skill, mobility, strength, endurance and, of course, muscle building.
You can choose out of 3 options:
- 3x a week (2x full body, 1x mobility, cardio is also incorporated in the 3 days)
- 4x a week (upper, lower, core & mobilty split with incorporated cardio on training days)
- 6x a week (upper, lower, core & mobilty split with seperate cardio days)
Follow these workouts for 6-8 weeks
