This plan is designed for people who have a minimal homegym. More than just a few dumbbells but also not a whole-ass gym. We're jealous! You can do a lot with a minimal homegym.
This plan can be followed as long as you like. We recommend at least 10 weeks.
It has 4 training days a week. All exercises have a video attached as always.
